Today (5-02-03) I was happy there was no "Swim Club" this morning, so I got there about 9:15. Our "pool lady" Donna had backwashed and added water to bring the level up and so the water was COLD. It was only 81 today. Took me a while to get in the water. Betty, Teresa and Jan kept telling me to just keep moving LOL LOL. Well, I just stood there in about waist high water for somewhere around 5 minutes and took the plunge, burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. My joints just don't like COLD water.

Jan and I chatted and after listening to here brag about her granddaughter on more than one occasion the thought came to me that I would make a BRAG page! Told Jan her granddaughter would be the first up if she sent me a picture. It was so interesting to hear about her granddaughters accomplishments with horse shows that I would like to share it with everyone. So, watch for it folks, and if you have something or someone to brag about send me a picture and/or a short paragraph and I will put it on the New Brag page. Maybe you have a dog, cat, bird or whatever. Maybe a friend that's been kind to you, anything YOU want to brag about I will feature it on that page. Kids accomplishments, your OWN accomplishment with something. All you folks who went north already send me your brag pictures so we can see them. If you don't have a scanner and can't send a picture write something up to brag about.

Well, my stay was a short one today, in the water anyway. I hung around and chatted for a bit and just when I was getting ready to go I saw Norma (pictured above). I haven't seen her in a LONG time, we use to swim together in the evenings last year and I was so happy to see here.  

PS...I keep forgetting to mention, if you don't read the guest book you wouldn't know. John and Zandra arrived back to the "Isle of Man" safely he posted that in the guest book on April 20th wanted everyone to know.
