(5-15-03) It was a balmy evening for the first night at pool two for the evening hours. I went earlier than I normally would because I had to leave early. I am watching the Jeopardy championships Thurs. & Fri. then I can go a little later and stay until closing. It was a fun night just a few of us were there but we had a lot of fun. Some there that I haven't seen before but didn't get to meet them. I wasn't home long when I heard the thunder! It's that time of year folks, thunder closes the pool and wouldn't you know it the FIRST evening open and it arrives before closing time. Glad I went early. (5-15-03) |

Another beautiful evening, water temperature was 86 and of course the heat is NOT on now. My joints just LOVE that warm water. It wasn't as breezy as it was last night but still very beautiful. No, thunder storms tonight. Margaret was stuck there last night in the storm and it was a doosey! Had to leave just before 7 as tonight was the last night of the Jeopardy Championships and I didn't want to miss it. Dick and Dee were watching it too. Now, tomorrow I can stay until closing as long as the thunder doesn't show up. That's it for today...
